For the evening of February 14th, new Executive Chef Leonardo Di Clemente and his CottoCrudo team have carefully put together a special seven-course menu. The atmosphere imbued with candle light, pleasant music, and a spectacular view of Prague Castle is the promise of a perfect romantic evening.

Langoustine with caviar, fennel and avocado salad
Seared foie gras terrine with ginger kohlrabi, semi dried apricot, 20 years aged balsamic and miso sauce
Porcini raviolo with buffalo mozzarella sauce, pineapple coulis and salsify chips
Roasted scallops with artichoke, fava beans and mayonnaise eggplant caviar
Duo of veal with kaffir lime leaves crust and roasted beetroot

Special Valentine’s Day Cupcakes
CottoCrudo’s specialties will be completed with thematically decorated chocolate cupcakes that will surely delight the taste buds of those with a sweet tooth. The cupcakes will be available for purchase in pairs at CottoCrudo’s bar on February 14th for at-home celebrations. The price is 180 CZK.
